The Full Smash Experience
Our crew sets up, prepares and serves fresh drinks onsite — a fun, interactive experience for your guests. Includes up to two hours of service; extra time and staffing quoted separately. 100 drink minimum.

Catering questions
How far in advance should I book?
At least 2 weeks ahead. A 50% deposit reserves your date and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Weekends go first, so earlier is always better.
How does pricing work?
Two parts. First your drink package — every standard package is $5 per drink, from Mini Smash (50 drinks, $250) up to Mega Smash (300 drinks, $1,500), with a custom quote at 500+. Then your service option: pickup is free, drop-off starts at $50, and the Full Smash Experience with our crew onsite starts at $150.
What's included in a package?
Fresh-smashed lemonade and signature flavors, dirty soda options, your choice of up to 5 flavors, cups, lids, straws and ice, all freshly prepared. Packages are a prepaid quantity of drinks — unlimited refills aren't included. Dirty Alani energy drinks are a +$1 per drink upgrade.
Do you travel? Is there a fee?
Yes. Delivery and travel fees vary by location, and travel, setup and staffing fees may apply for larger events. We confirm every fee in writing before you pay anything.
What do you need from my venue?
For the Full Smash Experience we need a flat spot for the setup and somewhere to park nearby for load-in. Let us know if you have power available — if not, we'll plan around it. Pickup and drop-off orders need nothing from you.
Can we customize the menu and the names?
That's the fun part. Pick up to 5 flavors and we'll print a menu with your own drink names on it — bride and groom, team names, mascots, inside jokes. Final flavor selections and drink counts are due 7 days before the event.
