Business registration. A registered business name and tax ID.
Temporary food establishment permit. Usually per-event or per-season, issued by the county health department.
Food handler cards. Often required for everyone working the booth.
Liability insurance. Most organizers require a certificate naming them.
Sales tax. Know whether your price includes it and how you remit it.
Call the county health department before you book the event, not after. Ask exactly what a temporary beverage vendor needs and how long it takes to issue.
